Ah I tried that, it came out very streaky.

That's why you need to clean oily film off first using something like Isopropol alcohol. Just glass cleaner won't cut it.

After years of using supermarket owns brands and usually finding it pretty poor, tried a more expensive one. It's expensive at nearly a tenner, but it lasts for ages and is way, way better. I just apply with it with one microfibre cloth and use another to take off the residue.
