31.6mm anything from 50 - 80mm stem

Before i splash out does anybody have a 31.6mm stem in any length from 50 - 80 mm that they are prepared to sell prefer black in colour and would prefer a flat one or a 6 degree one at most

I wouldn't think anyone will have a 31.6 stem.
There may, however, be people with 31.8 stems

This is deffo 31.6 measured it twice although i should think a 31.8 would work
