"These were found when officers visited an address in Todmorden last month, following a report of a stolen bike being sold on social media.
The bike in question was not located, but a search of the property led to the discovery of 43 bicycles.
The resident, a 40-year-old man, was unable to explain to officers how he had obtained the bikes.
He was also unable to provide proof of ownership, which resulted in the bikes being seized and the man being arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods."

Could be. But I'd say most of those came from Manchester over Leeds, cycling just isn't as popular (apart from with delivery riders) in Leeds.
