48/50cm road bike

Hello! It's my little brothers birthday soon and he's become wonderfully interested in my road bikes and at 12, we're wanting to chip in together to get him something to put him through the next few years and hope he sticks at it! He's 5'3 and I don't imagine will be doing mega miles but considering the rest of his side of the family are all 6 foot plus a little room for growth wouldn't be a bad idea... we're not really wanting to spend much more than £275 and as it's a gift, something in good condition would be nice.

I have a Specialized Secteur in the size your after if your interested. Bike is like brand new, it has only been ridden twice in dry conditions.
