Top tube 20 and a half inch.
Forks not 531 and not original.
120mm between rear dropouts. Frame sturdy enough to be able to be stretched by competent mechanic.
No idea what steel seat tube diameter is, can include it.
Frame is light and has that 'ping' when knocked so I know it is 531
