Hi folks, can anyone advise me which removal tool I need for a six speed Sunrace. I wil be replacing the QR axle at the same time, is there a specific size that I will need and what size bearings please.
Many thanks.

A generic Shimano freewheel remover will be compatible with your freewheel.

^^^^^ What @compo said. Sunrace use the same spline pattern.

The freewheel will be extremely tight so to remove, either stick the tool into a bench vice and turn the wheel or if (like me) you don't have one, a long spanner will be needed. I use an extending wheel nut wrench plus appropriate socket.

The axle will be related to the hub and not the freewheel so you will need to dismantle - there may be some ID on the old axle itself esp as regards thread and you should be able to measure the old bearings.

I would check the hub races before doing anything though - if they are pitted and corroded then the hub is not worth persevering with.
