7 dayshop action extreme

Came across this advert on 7 dayshop website for a HD action cam, which looks like the Gopro setup. Any one bought one of the cams from the above shop as it looks an interesting bit of kit for the money and is dispatched from the UK. I got a promo code to buy it for £99. It has an interesting feature which I like and that is it has time lapse of various settings as well as the usual video and still garb and uses the h.264 compression.

7dayshop have a mixed record. Their front light is very good, but I've just bought a back light from them that fell apart before it got out the front door, and, looking at it, was always going to fall apart because the design was so completely rubbish. http://fnrttc.blogspot.co.uk/p/lights.html

I suppose they go round hoovering stuff up in China or wherever, but they should check the thing over to see if it's robust. And, if my back light is anything to go by, they don't. So I'd not risk decent money on them.

I know what you mean about hit and miss buying from 7 dayshop but I went off instinct and bought one. I could not find anyone else on the net that has bought one but came across a guy on mtb forum enquiring about said item with no real answers. Tried it out tonight on the way home from work in the dark and so far pleased with what I have bought and converting the mov file to see what the results are as i type !
