9 speed sora 2013 or tiagra shifters

I am looking to change my shifters to the above if anyone has them available after an upgrade. Alternatively, I might be tempted by a 10 speed 105 gear kit (shifters, front and rear derailleurs, cables and possibly cassette), if the price is right.
