A big hello to all!

Ex British Soldier who served his country proud for 24 years. Left in 2013 and am currently working as a Health and Safety Manager.

Love eating out and have recently converted from Mountain Bike to Road bike fitness. I am 45 years old and still feel fit and healthy. Married to Caroline and a have a son called Callum who is currently the under 14 golf champion for Lincolnshire County (very proud of him he plays of 5 handicap).

Very keen to improve my fitness, with the right nutrition, sports therapy over the next few years. 'You are never too old '

Looking forward to meeting some genuine people who just love sport, fitness and cycling.
