bbc weather but by the far best way is to look outside both left and right , ok not much good for long range but best for short time

Try the rain radar on the Met Office site for short term. For days when there are showers about you get to predict your very own weather window

Rain Alarm app on android is quite good for nipping out between showers, FishingWX.com for daily and Weatheraction for long range monthly forecast weather.
