A few days in North and Mid Wales

Just back from 4 days camping and cycling.Based ourselves near Macynthleth did various rides from there then a ride round the elan valley on the way back.

Mixture of hot sun torrential rain and even a smattering of hail at one point but worth it for the quiet roads and spectacular scenery.

Looks like you had a good time. That area of Wales is great cycling country and the Elan Valley is one of my favourite places.

Furthest north we got was near Dolgellau too many roads and too little time, could easilly spend a fortnight there, 4 days wasnt near enough but still a memorable trip.
