Quite a lot of stuff, bikes & shopping trolleys etc get dredged out of the Nene in Hamtun.
I've seen reports of enormous piles of bikes retrieved from the canals of Amsterdam, too.

You could probably manage to knock up a half decent recumbent out of that lot! Maybe even with a cargo trailer.

Another ride and some more junk, must be the dredging season round here. Reckon a good blast with a pressure cleaner and a re-lube would sort it

Got as far as Horseshoe bridge on the Thames before turning back. This one definitely not junk
