Good stuff. My godson is a keen rider in Winchester and has told me that there are loads of other cyclists there doing club runs etc. The cafe really could be a goer.

At last a use for the Hockley viaduct although I recon that three cars would be needed rather than one.

Great idea, although it'd probably become a dog-walkers' cafe. That bit of NCN23 is great in itself but doesn't really go anywhere.
