Not new at all and not worth reading - it's just the same content as all the others.

You can either a) ignore it; b) email to thank him for asking to help him get the money to the Falun Gong but declining his request; c) join 419eater.com and have some fun with them or d) follow up in mistaken hope you can make some money out of it but come out of it much poorer.
