Jejames cycles. Saturday night just before I went to bed I ordered a pair of Tyres, Bontrager Race Lite hardcases, Monday tea time I got a text to say they had been dispatched, first thing Tuesday morning I got a text to say they would deliver them between 8am and 9am, 8:10am I got a phone call from the Mrs to say they had delivered, so well done. The tyres are now on the bikes and I'm sat here with sore thumbs.

It makes me very happy when I order something on the internet and it arrives very promptly.
It's a shame that not more online retailers don't follow this policy.
Generally I get most stuff within a week but it's always nice, and often a surprise, to find it delivered the next day or two without the extra postage costs.

Ordered a chain from merlin cycles last week and it took just under 22hours to arrive from time i placed order

and im in Scotland.

Bought a set of recharcable lights from the Madison stand at the London bike show and the front light would not hold a charge. Tried a few times then thought I would email them. Explained the problem and that I had no receipt and they sent me a new one free of charge, no quibbling.
