A tad damp

I hear in the news that's it's a tad damp in the north of England & Scotlandshire, Land Of The Man-Eating Midge. I do hope forum members in that part of the world are dry.

Absolutely awful up here at the moment very cold and wet. Still we are a hardy bunch and i'll be out for a few bevvies tonight with my tee-shirt on

Hope i drys up over in the lakes for sunday though, got two mates doing the Helvelyn triathlon!

I had to drive up to Newcastle yesterday and it was wetter than an otter's pocket. It was accompanied by howling, gusty, cold wind as well and it's not much better here today.

Has been chucking it down on and off for a few days here in 'Thumberland... river quite high... nearly anniversary of last year's floods, hope we don't get a re-run!

Nice day in Londinium,though a little chilly this morning, had to get the arm warmers out.
Looks like it's going to be a nice weekend too with the temp rising through the days to 26deg on Tuesday.
