I hear in the news that's it's a tad damp in the north of England & Scotlandshire, Land Of The Man-Eating Midge. I do hope forum members in that part of the world are dry.
I had to drive up to Newcastle yesterday and it was wetter than an otter's pocket. It was accompanied by howling, gusty, cold wind as well and it's not much better here today.
Has been chucking it down on and off for a few days here in 'Thumberland... river quite high... nearly anniversary of last year's floods, hope we don't get a re-run!
