I've just got into 2-3 training sessions per weeks and then bang I slip over and badly sprain a wrist which will take 1-2 weeks to heal. B******ks.

lol !I carried on cycling with my hernia.
When it used to pop out (half a grapefruit size) I used to pull up on the bike
make sure no one was looking, then pop it back.![]()

under unders from works health centre ,if i cycle in and i get worse they can claim i have not followed advice and if i needed time off work etc etc.
For the sake of 4 dyas off the bike.......
