Seen the Defy range in my LBS last time I was there - the frame looks (to me) to be an improvement of the SCR it replaced. They're nice bikes, although I didn't get on with the saddle fitted to my SCR (too much padding) or the Kenda tyres (3 punctures per week not unusual)).
