I am thinking of doing the H4H ride next year in june . I support the cause in every poss and this could be another way to show my support.As well as completeing a goal for myself Has anyone done this ride in the past any advice would be more than welcome . I cycle to work approx 3 times a week which is 12 to 13 miles each way and realise i would have to up the miles . Just don't want to bite off more than i can chew .
