Does anyone know the status of VAT on fuel for other emergency services?

All emergency services pay vat on fuel. I fully support your/the petition but unfortunately in Scotland the air ambulances are government funded and part of the ambulance service, so I think even if the petition is successful the Scottish air ambulances wont get the benefit.
