This is a hand built 1968 Allen of Thornton Heath near Croydon but the frames were built by Holdsworthy as far as I know, Allens were the rivals of Geoffrey Butler at the time:

Nice.

But I think the bike would look a 100% better with silver polished low profile box section rims and tubs/tyres with a natural amber sidewalls and black tread, ie Del Alessandro tubs and Mavic Montlhery rims or similar.
