Alternative use for glueless patches!

They don't appear to work very well on punctures, but I've found out they do work on other things. Found a small hole in the back of my shorts, circular hole, no idea where from but looks almost like a burn mark. The edges are sealed, so it's not fraying or anything, but looked a bit odd when I had the shorts on and it stretched. Stitching it closed was a bit awkward due to the material, so I stuck one of the patches on the inside of the shorts. They are black, so the hole is now hardly visible and they have had a couple of goes in the washing machine - patch still present and correct!

I find putting the glue in a empty crisp bag and breathing in works a treat... do kids still buzz glue?
