Yes, they are warm! But totally waterproof and well designed. For the less energetic cyclist, the Nevis is an excellent winter jacket. And you can't argue with the price!

its the measurement between the underarm joint on the left hand side and the underarm joint on the right hand side across the back x2 generally known as the chest measurement

Altura list it as 41 - 43".
