Amateur Dramatics I mean? I'm currently into the second week of our 12-performance run playing Professor Higgins in My Fair Lady and it's knackering me! I had all sorts of plans to get out on the bike in training for the upcoming Rutland Cicle Sportive but I just can't dredge up the energy.
Anyone else tread the boards or am I the lone wannabe luvvie?
p.s. if you're that interested, it's at the Key Theatre Peterborough until this Saturday.
p.p.s if you're really interested, we're always on the lookout for new members. Peterborough Operatic And Dramatic Society, we're on Facebook

Night Train!

There are a load of drama queens on the Sunday London ride, but I don't suppose they are much use to you!

Maker of Things
You called?

Yep, I'm an actor. Taking a break at the moment as work clashes with rehearsal time.

My last part was in Calamity Jane. However, I much prefer building and painting the sets and making the props to the singing and dancing that we tend to do, I'm more of a straight actor then a musical song and dance man.

Long term loafer
Being more of the working class persuasion, I used to be quite involved with community theatre. Always enjoyed it and have meant to get back into it but with kids and jobs and sport there isnt much free time left for rehearsing. I was recently asked to reprise a role in a play about the building of the Titanic, and readily agreed but when it came down to the time commitment, it simply wasnt going to be possible.
