Angora Base Layer - Lidl

Okay, some of these for sale in Lidl but wondering whether any cyclists use these as a base layer. I'm tempted with some compression wear on top too but see there's little point for cycling (?)

So, does angora itch or do others use it as a suitable base layer for harsh winter cycling?

They are good, but they're not Angora. Don't see the point in the leggings though.

It is just not feasible to use pure Angora but the 50/30/20 content in those Lidl put it in the same class as some £80 alternatives.

Norman, they're not what I meant but did try looking for them in my local, but they didn't have any.

Albion, the ones I'm talking about are white t-shirt type things, is that what you meant?

I use M & S 100% Merino ones so did not need buy any when I saw them. I forgot what is was.

50% Angora, 30% Wool and 20% elastic plastic does sounds a perfect combination though so check what's on the packet if you can find any.
