You do well on those comment boards, I do not know how you have the patience and ability to put forward logical arguments without telling people they are outright morons

Reasons why I never entered in the past:
- I dont see riding as that big a deal for me (socially, yes obviously)
- I cant be bothered to enter
- let someone new to cycling enter, I end up thinking. Make them think they've acheived something. Might encourage them to keep it up.

Rah.. why wont multiquote work this morn... anyway..

Yeah theres a couple of right plonkers on there. TBH I enjoy winding up Geoff51 on there, he only signed up to moan about cyclists so its not that hard. Even though he told me he's 60 a couple of weeks back I still get the feeling he's a 13 year old lad..

Doe this mean the CTC workplace challenge is running again in 2011 ?
Is it a new group of towns or just the same ones from 2010 ? (the CTC website does not seem to have been updated)

Don't know, they probably won't start planning it until 20110

Gotta love the Southern Daily Echo. Real seat-of-your-pants make-it-up-as-you-go-along journalism. Still, I'm glad that they've finally decided to stop bashing cyclists.

From what I gather a couple of their journos ride now, and the effect of a couple of Tory Councillers who cycle cant be a bad thing.

Just wish the bournemouth echo would be a bit less anti-cycling. The 'all about the bike ' blog is good though, apart from the usual muppets... Come to think of it, you post on there too don't you Downfader?

He really does sound like a bit of a moron. He's either a 60 year old troll, or an angry, bitter little man.

Yeah I found his blog about a year or so back. Quite good, he tries to keep to the facts without blowing anyone's mind and scaring them off. I think he also posts on Bikeradar now and again. I think I started posting on there when someone wrote something REALLY stupid (ped deaths I think?).

He really does sound like a bit of a moron. He's either a 60 year old troll, or an angry, bitter little man.

He's trying to change his record now. I googled him some 2 weeks back and saw that he'd been a bit rude to others in a similar way on the RHS forums. He started accusing someone of using their post to advertise a company (not true), others corrected him and he flounced off in a huff.

The story goes that the guy in the middle isnt smiling. His saddle fell off some 2 miles back.
