Just been riding 3-4 times a week around 16-20 miles for training done London to Brighton twice and doing London to Southend next Sunday...

I'm worried I'm not doing enough training and also worried about too many pro cyclist there and therefore losing the fun aspect...

Thoughts??

Yes I can, Yes I am, Yes I did...Repeat.
Go for it...ride at your own pace...eat ans drink well..well that's what I think....but would I would do is different...I'd just do the ride on my own away from the pack...much.more fun and relaxed imo.

I'm doing it. Been riding since October. I did 80 miles today for the first time and have now ridden over 2,600 miles in the last 10 months. I'm hardly a typical cyclist though. I'm an ex rugby prop weighing 20 st. Looking forward to the 4th Aug now and hope I can make the time limit after all this training.
