Brought this about a year ago and don't have a clue what it is. The crank is Charter lee never seen a stem like this before it has braze ons all over the place. The head badge had gone but the impression is still there. There is a number on the left hand drop out V or Y 8523

The braze-on down on the drive side chainstay looks like an early Cyclo or similar derailleur mount.

The saddle? Is that a Unicanitor?

One of the first plastic saddles - probably worth a bit by it self?
plastic saddles worth money ??? I've got loads

I know this is not a track bike but didn't track racers in motor paced events use a stem like this.

Not all paced events were track events
