Trying to find out any info on this bar stem. Magnet test says its mainly steel.
Looks rather nice or will do when cleaned up.

I would be tempted to gently remove the black and see if there are any markings present

Would look nice all polished up with those nice long short spear type lugs , what bar clamp dia is it ?
