I rescued one from a skip. It is a road bike the frame is made by Rotary and says made in France.
The seat tube is also an odd size.
The 5 gear block on the rear wheel did not fit the normal removal tool I have used before.
Huret deraileur, custom 52/42 chainrings.
It must be a 70's bike because it has the extra suicide brake levers fitted.

I have given it some TLC but had to replace both wheels with wiemanns. I use it on high days and holidays it is still very nice to ride. I,m hoping to be at the peak district Eroica this year but I can find nothing about the Rotary bicycle company on the web.
Any information would be most welcome. Thanks.

Had a search on French Google, but Rotary clubs kept getting in the way ^_^

Found this one for sale on Leboncoin - only 50€ :okay:

Looks rather nice. Can't see the derailleur properly but you might be able to date the bike better using this rather interesting site: http://www.disraeligears.co.uk/Site/Home.html
