hiya ,I just had a look on the Flying Scot web site to see what their examples looked like . They were a bit similar but didn't have the fancy twiddly bits . They seemed to fit theirs in the late 40's to 50's period .
What date is your frame ?
ok thanks for the input .Well I've looked at pictures of frame lugs and there doesn't seem to be many pictures of fork crowns which was the main identifying feature of my unknown frame . It turned out to be a Flying Scot . It had strengthening on the insides of the forks .
You may be lucky in seeing something similar just by chance .
That's the only way by trawling pictures of cycles and hopefully finding something similar .ok thanks for the input .
I have seen beveled fork tips like the pics somewhere in my travels on the internet .
Just cant remember where .
