Anyone do home brewing?

Only made wine recently but used to make beer a few years ago. I just don't have the space where we now live for fermenting beer. I can get 4 demijohns on shelf in kitchen/larder cupboard. I'll be brewing some more for Chrimbo soon. Trying to lose weight I've not put temptation in my way so far this year .

Just like with cycling, don't get too hung up on kit, I'm making some ginger beef in an ASDA smart price water bottle at the mo!

That's some kit, but only 100ltr
I do 100ltrs now with French stock pots. A mash will always take at least 60min no what kit you use steel or plastic
