i'm going to go, and there's a few i recognise from here who seem to be going as well. it'd be nice to have a bit of a cycle chat posse, so the more we can bring, the better

If you've never done that ride before you'll love it. I do it from the Leek side quite a few times a year. It's fairly easy for most regular riders but a beginner may struggle so I hope someone ensures they don't get left behind.

btw you can have double cake helpings on the ride because of the calorie burn you'll be doing

Don't worry about slower riders, I'm one of them, and fully expect to be off the back on the climbs.
