My proposed route home weather permitting was here but now seems to have transformed into a totally rubbish route somehow by my inappropriate dragging I suspect.

That's funny; the last time I was in UK, I stayed in Horsham (well, Christ's Hospital) and, after a jaunt over to Paris-Brest-Paris, recuperated in Whitstable.

Nice place. Can't comment on your cycling route though. We drove.
