The thing I really notice about modern tractors, when I am out on the bike, is that now they so big...

Too big in many cases if you ask me. If you have big implements or very heavy loads to pull, fair enough but most people use them for work which could be done with a tractor half the size.

This sort of question reminds me of a poem about a cat who muses upon ageing... don't know who the author is though.
