I applied to a ballot for tickets to a special James Bay, pre recording gig, at the copper box arena at Stratford. I got an email to say I'd missed out, on Wednesday. So I changed my plans for today, and didn't go into London ( which I was going to ). At 10:45 this morning, I received this text.

I was on a ride, on my bike, in Winchester, Baaaaaaaaaggggggghhhhhhh.

Forget the time in the picture, that's the time now, because I took a photo of the message, just now.

Who is James Bay? Was he the shaggy looking guy on Top Gear? Not Barkson or Bammond but the scruffy one.

I'm grumpy because I'm writing an essay on Qualia and the Extra-cranial objections to the functionalist theory of the mind


There is some light at the end of the tunnel......Mrs R has suggested we walk up to the shops and buy some pies for supper.

I'd be down like a shot but I've got a Brazilian carvery feast lined up tonight - one of my three leaving celebrations. I'd not lament missing James Bay by attending a pie fest or a Brazilian fest instead.
