Something looks wrong in the geometry to me
looks like an mtb made into a single speed
wouldn't touch it with a barge pole

You'd be better off with a good second hand bike off ebay

I've already got a frameset that I want to build up.

I'm considering buying the bike I've linked, taking the wheels, chainset, BB and possibly a couple of other bits off it and using them to build my existing frameset up. Then selling what's left.

Very roughly I reckon a budget set of wheels/tyres and a chainset/BB would be £150 so if I can get a whole bike for £195 and I can sell what's left for £50 I'm in profit:smile: But I need to know the rear wheel OLN measurement and the crank length before I decide whether or not to go down this route.

It's probably a non-starter, but it's something that I'd enjoy doing and might work out quite cheaply.

my guess is it'll be 135, thats the modern spacing of bikes these day
Have a look at the other bikes they make, top end bikes they're not!!!

You'll probably end up replacing every part off that bike in a year,

these wheels are what i used up until a few weeks ago,I got about 7000 miles out them
I very much suspect that the quality of the components on that ebay bike are of a similar quality

Buying cheap costs you dear................................
