You were supposed to start it on food chat you twazzock. I blame that over- inflated French Majestic plonk you buy. And yes I do. The cheaper it is the better it tastes. you'd have to play 40 quid for an equivalent French bottle.

The best wheeze has to be Beaujolais Nouveau. Why sell mature well travelled wine when you can flog extremely immature French plonk to fools?

There are some lovely shirazes coming out of the Barossa Valley, so yes, I certainly do drink Australian Shiraz.
