Live to Ride
Just a little rant about a snag I have discovered.

When calculating my average for the day, I have an accurate reading on my speedo. But unfortunately I use te time off my camera to calculate how long it to me to do it. By using this, I take into consideration stopping for junctions and traffic lights. Which means that my average will not be accurate as I will be considering time wasted.

I can not work out any way around this so will just have to put up with 15mph averages when it should actually be 18mph.

The time to ride a journey is the time it takes to ride a journey. You can't reclaim the time spent not moving although if you ever discover a device that would give me a couple of hours back I would be very interested

Aside from the odometer you're meant to reset the speedo for every trip. An average over a long period of time is fairly useless as it gives no real indication of improvement over time or variations due to routes etc. The err will be due to a part of the calculation exceeding the maximum number the speedo can handle.

That might be possible. My distances reset themselves after a random distance but I will reset everything.
