Aviation fuel being nicked!!!!

It's very common in Africa; people puncture pipes then fill buckets and washing up bowls with fuel then walk away with them open, on their heads.

A bucket? That's just the lightweights, some have shares in shipping.

I find it's quite difficult to syphon fuel out of a plane. I need to carry a ladder as well a gallon tin and a hose pipe. And there are always so many official types around on the runway. I'll stick to cars in future.
