I was not sure which forum to place this question so apologies if incorrect!

I need to purchase some replacement pads for my Avid Juicy 3 brakes and usually use Avid or EBC at approx £16 a pair. I have come across "Alligator Semi-Metallic Disc Brake Pads" for the Avid brakes and can purchase two pairs for £10 from www.readytoridecycles.co.uk.

Anyone used these pads or used this on-line retailer?

I would stick to Avid pads if i were you. Cheap pads have a terrible reputation for not wearing well, and dramatically failing.

Still a newbie in many respects so was not aware of the reputation ref pads but as with many things you get what you pay for. I was hoping I'd found a bargain but being that much cheaper I assumed there would be a catch. Thanks.
