I have recently become a dad to twin girls and am wondering. 1. How old do they need to be before I can use a carrier/trailer/trolley thing 2. Anyone wanna recommend a baby carrier/trolley/thing that will hold both girls :0) Many thanks

I certainly wouldn't put them in a trailer below 9 months

I have a co-pilot seat for our 1 year old, but need a rack to fit it to.

I thought of getting a rear seat but that would mean taking them out one at a time and I dont think I would survive that much riding

Congrats on your twins :-) Chariot Cougar 2 trailer is suitable for two children at once and you can buy optional baby slings to carry babies under 10 months old. My friend has one and it has seen her through three children. Only downside is these trailers are expensive but they seem to have a good resale value on ebay.
