Back off the bike

Many moons ago, you might remember me writing 'back on the bike' here, a sporadic account of me rehabilitating back on the bike after lumbar decompression surgery (twice). Well, I'm back off, following lumbar fusion surgery. The good news is that the titanium implants must make me grams lighter. The bad news, I'll not be riding for a bit.
I'll let you when and how I get on when I'm allowed back on.
