Back On Commute!

Had to have a two weeks enforced break due to the dreaded lurgy that has been going around the country (not so sure it was Swine Flu or not).

Going to be a bit of a shock to the system I bet what with the clocks going back and the usual "pleasant" weather we have here in the NW of Lancashire, just weighing up whether or not it is overshoe weather or not...

Ooh, me too. I hated having to take public transport the last few days. Grrrr!

Mmm the overshoes were a good idea but I am getting a lot of water ingress through the cleat area, silicon sealant I reckon will solve that little problem...

The commute wasn't too bad actually, bit of tightness in the lungs (to be expected) but the legs and heart were in it which is good!

Waterproof socks mean it doesn't matter how wet your shoes get, and you don't have to dry them off completely for the return journey.
