Has anybody else learned any bad cycling habits?

I learned to ride on a Sturmey Archer 3-speed.

Now that I've bought a geared bicycle I often stop pedaling every time I want to change gear!

Blowing my nose, while I have someone drafting me is my bad habit. I know I should remember, but I usually remember just too late.

Letting go of my handlebars when I'm leaning round a corner. What I do is, I enter a corner whilst in the drops and as I'm halfway round, let go with both hands and grab top of the bars to be ready to stand as soon as I can to accelerate away. I have got out of the habit now and move one hand at a time, but occasionally I still do it, and every time it scares me cackless for a moment with the thought of what could happen, especially on blind corners.
