Terrible crash here.
Looks to me like a typical stall from the 747. Take off elevation pitch seems to be well above 20degrees. Possible due to a weight imbalance with it all going to the back or something. As the gear is not retracted it is possible something caught there attention as normally its retracted on a stable climb out. This is the reason pilots say "Positive rate" "Gear up" on take off. I have a strong feeling something heavy lost its place and fell to the back during the climb.

Yer reading more into it I was right. Some sources are suggesting some of the cargo was not buckled down correctly and then slipped to the back putting the centre of gravity of the plane to the back causing the steep pitch upwards. Then the plane stalled.

Definitely CoG related, 5 Vehicles on board, I wonder what kind, judging by the video they must have been armoured.
What? How you hell can you tell they were armoured vehicles? Did I miss the bit where the tank fell out the back? It may have been a helicopter and 4 bikes, or 4 Humvees or a huge lorry full of ammunition and 4 more bikes.

Can I be the first to suggest the loadmaster was a Taliban infiltrator and didn't do the straps up?
There is audio

Choppers, humvees and bikes aren't really that heavy. It would take something pretty heavy breaking loose to knock the CoG back like that.

A horrible sight. Some reports say the Taliban have claimed responsibility, a claim that has been rejected. It's also said the 'black boxes' may reveal the cause.
