Nigeyy, I've only just realised you're in Boston! I lived and worked there for a year in the early 90s. Loved the place! My favourite city in the US (not that I've visited all of them!), small and very charming, you could just about walk everywhere. I lived on Beacon Street in Back Bay for a while then had an apartment on the cnr of Boylston and Tremont overlooking the common. I worked out near Dedham, catching the train out there from South Station. An excellent year and I really enjoyed it!

Yes, as American cities go, Boston certainly does have its charm (many American cities are McCities to be honest). I live just down the road from Dedham (lookup Westwood Massachusetts on google maps) -take it you took the commuter rail out there, yes? I certainly recommend Massachusetts as a very nice place to tour, as well as the other states of New England.

In fact, if anybody ever decides to go out here to tour, let me know as I'm sure I can provide good info (cycled across Massachusetts 3-4 times now).
