Bristol has dropped to 4th despite improvements apparently . I certainly like our recycling though you should have seen my pavement this morning ... black bin (more than half empty - household waste 2 weeks worth plus our neighbours before they went on holiday), green bin (garden waste), brown bin (food waste), black box (tins, bottles, paper, shoes etc), cardboard (always a large pile), white bag (plastics - quite full usually).

Not sure I agree with all the statements about Bristol such as Education .. and intrigued to know how they worked out some things such as the number of flights that Brighton residents apparently tool.
