Banbury Rides

I at the mother in laws in Banbury this weekend and thought I might take my bike Anyone know any good routes out from the centre of Banbury?

I'v been looking, and fancy a ride out to Bourton-on-the-Water but don't like the look of the A429 ...looks like a longish stretch on a main road with no country lanes to work around it.

Any ideas appreciated.

The A 361, is a better road, still quite fast but quieter. Its a nice ride from Banbury to BoW, lots of cake shops there too.
